This is my contest entry for the DBZ-Girls Paresu Luau Challenge Thing.
Please note: That is GOTEN dancing beside her and not GOKU. The hair? I like Goten's initial hairstyle best. And even with a hair cut, he still has his father's face....and hot ass body.
BACK ON TOPIC.. I actually like the background..kinda....I suck at backgrounds.
I also suck at leg muscles. (sigh) But on the plus side; I got to draw Goten half naked.
For those who don't know, "Kamehameha" is not only the name of Goku's signature attack: "Turtle-Destructive-Wave", but was also the name of a Hawaiian King. I felt it was appropriate.. Yeah, I love puns and references. ^ ^
-Palace saying she'll be his "Dancing Queen" is referring to a song by ATeens (I think?) I'm not really sure. I haven't heard that song in so long and I don't even know the lyrics.
-Bra harassing Uub to "let me see your hips swing" is also from a song. I don't really like that song, either, but it seemed to fit.
-But I LOVE the "dress in drag and do the hula"-courtesy of Trunks. You are never too old for The Lion King! That is one of the best Disney movies ever. And when I think of luaus, I always think of Timon and Pumba.
